National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man, who is President of the National Election Council (NEC), chaired the council’s second meeting in Ha Noi on September 15.
National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man highlighted that the committee had reviewed and given opinions on 17 items through direct discussion, alongside several items considered in writing, preparing key matters for the NA's 10th session.

Speaking at the closing ceremony, NA Chairman Man stated that the session, which lasted six and a half days, adopted multiple laws and resolutions aimed at reorganising the state apparatus and accelerating socio-economic development.
